William Charles Howard

SALINA

  William Howard, 77, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at his home in Salina. Bill’s main loves in life were his wife, his children and grandchildren, and his farm. He was an outdoor enthusiast and loved deer, turkey, and upland hunting. He spent countless hours at the farm preparing for the hunt, scouting, and soaking in the outdoors with his beloved dogs. Bill loved to have conversations about his past dogs, their personalities, and hunting abilities. In addition to his farm, he and Judy enjoyed traveling to Wyoming to spend time with family, fish, and spend time outdoors. Bill is survived by his wife of 55 years, Judy of Salina, KS; daughter, Kristie Howard (Stuart Hieger) and her sons, Connor Heis and Ethan Heis of Salina, KS; and son, William Howard and his sons, Preston Howard and Keenan Howard. Bill is also survived by his two hunting dogs, Hunter and Duke.

  The family will be holding a private memorial service Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Parsons Funeral Home, Ellsworth.
