ELLSWORTH
Curtis Ray Wilson, 68, died peacefully in his home on November 20, 2023 in Ellsworth. He was born May 25, 1955 in Great Bend, KS to Harold and Bettie (Board) Wilson.
Curtis was raised in Dodge City, KS. He was a longtime resident of Ellsworth after moving from Dodge City in 1991. He did catering jobs and was co-owner of K.C.’s Cafe and then later worked at Cashco.
Curtis is survived by his son, Jamaal Wilson of Ellsworth; step-daughter, Rebecca Liles of Kyle, TX; and step-son, Dubois Houston of Dodge City. He was preceded in death by his son, Curtis Wilson, Jr.; his parents, Harold and Bettie Wilson; and grandparents, Jesse and Grace Board.
A memorial service will be held at a later time.
